Business History
N.A.S. Construction is based out of Ste Agathe, MB just south of Winnipeg. We have been working as a part time business since April of 2005 and full time since January of 2006. Norbert Schwabl, sole proprietor, has been in the industry for over 25 years. Our main services include concrete restoration, waterproofing, pressure grouting, and epoxy injection and fire stopping. The customer base ranges from residential homeowners who need small repairs done, to commercial customers who have many different needs.

Our mission is to be a competitive concrete restoration business. Never taking advantage of the customer and always giving them a fair price for the work they need done well providing quality work.

Location and Facilities
Our business
office is located in Ste Agathe, Manitoba and we
have storage facilities for equipment and materials
in St. Norbert Manitoba. Our home has the necessary office
equipment such as computer, fax machine and photocopier.
Ownership and Management
Norbert Schwabl: Currently Owner and General Manger, Norbert brings to the table over 25 years of experience in concrete restoration, waterproofing, pressure grouting and epoxy injection and has first hand knowledge of hundreds of products and methods of application. Norbert also has experience in estimating and bidding on jobs of all sizes.
Brad Mayer: Currently Brad is our Head Forman. He is our first full time employee. Brad has over five years experience in concrete restoration and experience in many of the same product and methods of application as Norbert. Brad is our most trusted employee and a valuable asset to the company .
Susan Schwabl: Office Manager. Susan has over 25 years office experience with the necessary skills in accounting and computer applications. She is familiar with the construction industry as she has been involved in the industry most of her life
